Please note: Currently, we primarily ship to the United States.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST).
2. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
- United States: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (0-3 days) + Transit Time (5-8 days).
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (US): Free Shipping.
- (Shipping costs for any other approved international destinations will be calculated and displayed at checkout.)
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For US orders, standard taxes may apply at checkout based on your state's regulations. If we expand shipping to other international regions, the buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order.
6. Shipping Issues & Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery times, unexpected delays (such as extreme weather or carrier issues) may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately.
7. Argentina Shipping
Free International Shipping (15-25 business days). Note: Orders to Argentina may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.
