Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process & Address

To start a return, please contact us at keen@tekconver.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all returns must be mailed to our official registered address:

(Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

3. Return Shipping Costs

We strive to make our return process as clear as possible:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Fault): If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Your Choice): If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or the return is caused by the consumer, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the courier service you choose.
  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fee for returned items.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at keen@tekconver.com.

7. Customs & Duties

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid by the customer for international orders (e.g., to Argentina) are non-refundable by TEKCONVER.
