1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
At TekConver, we stand behind the quality and durability of our smart safety and home devices. We want you to shop with absolute confidence, which is why we offer a comprehensive 1-Year (12-month) Manufacturer's Warranty on all electronic products purchased directly from our store.
1.Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for 12 months, starting from the date your order is delivered.
2. What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, TekConver will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
3. What is NOT Covered?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., dropping the device).

Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.

Water damage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (unless the product is explicitly rated as waterproof/weatherproof, like our off-grid cameras).

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading of exterior materials).

Theft or loss of the product.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim?
To obtain warranty service, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide Proof: Include a clear description of the issue, along with photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
- Review: Our technical team will review your claim (usually within 1-2 business days) and guide you through the next steps for repair, replacement, or return.
5. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model or issue a store credit/refund at our discretion.
