International: Please contact keen@tekconver.com for shipping rates. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Returns & Refunds

30-Day Guarantee: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
Shipping Costs: We cover costs for defective items. Customers cover costs for "change of mind" returns. No restocking fees.
